notice how the vets all disapproved of the Maple Leaf. These are the ones who fought under it and didn't want the Communist [Maple Leaf]version for Quebec...

Show me a Royal Canadian Legion anywhere in the country, North, South East or West that accepts the long ago replaced red ensign. Just one and one only.

It doesn't take much effort to see that the only flag recognized is the official Flag of Canada. Why is that so difficult to understand?

Would they have it alongside the Maple Leaf though? Perhaps with the the Union Jack for historical reasons. I`ve never been in a Royal Canadian Legion, so please forgive my ignorance.

No. the Red Ensign was replaced many years ago. All vets everywhere owe their allegiance to the official Flag of Canada despite the whining of a single desperate bleeding heart. The Red Ensign, while not the official flag still is represented to some degree on various provincial flags. I've been a legion member for many years and have attended many Remembrance Day Ceremonies all over this country. I have yet to meet a vet that moans and drips over the replacement of the RE by the Flag of Canada. Anyone who says that the RE is the flag of choice by vets is simply not telling you the truth and does not know what he is talking about.

Scotland Yard says some things that may make Newbies here think otherwise. He has never been a member of the Canadian Navy, Army or Airforce in any capacity and is not a Royal Canadian Legion member (and never could be with some of the asinine beliefs that he has been all too voiciferous about at Memebee). How would he be expected to know things that he has never exposed himself to?

Thanks for clearing that up Matlock. You mentioned some provincial governments still incorporating it which is why I thought perhaps the Royal Canadian Legion might still use it alongside the Maple Leaf. Again, please forgive my complete ignorance. I have never been inside a Legion branch in my life.

It`s Remeberance Day today and I`d like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for your service as a veternan. It`s too bad we only take one day per year to show our gratitude for the sacrifices you have made for all of us.

THANK YOU AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!

He's a phony a pompous coward who wraps the new flag about himself and then spouts off about his fellows. I know many a vet who cares deeply about the Red Ensign and who would love dearly to see it placed front and centre on any stage during Remembrance Day. I may remind all those reading this that that day is in remembrance of the two great world wars>Nothing Else!
As Canadian we are so dumbed down\condition by so much crap to think we have no choice in this matter...of course we have choice and several serious minded vets are pursuing that choice wanting it placed on Parliament Hill for all time for posterity's sake. The flag that Canadians fought all their battles under to liberate Canada...not some "Commie" UN matter.
This idiot doesn't deserve any attention for his demeaning abhorrence over this righteous flag and its history, "official"
or otherwise, this >Big'Bag'O'Foul'Smelling'Gas...This  disgraced and dishonorable coward!!!

One only has to listen to all those war vets of the two great wars loudly and plainly shouting in pained horror that their beloved red Ensign would be replaced...I have posted the actual news footage of that terrible day. Liberals got their way and helped to dumb down our history for political gain.
It was never decommissioned BTW, replaced sadly!
Perhaps I should post this again...Then one could make a better judgement!

Better judgement? You're kidding right? Sorry dummy, judgement has been passed a very long time ago and you lost. I thought that was abundantly clear but I guess not. How much clearer does it have to be? By the way, you still haven't shown me a single Royal Canadian Legion branch that prefers your favourite flag over the official flag of Canada. Why the failure on your part to do that? Could it be that such a branch doesn't exist. By chance did you make the decision to be extra dumb today or is your sad condition degenerative?

Well since The Dummy can't answer the question maybe you can. I mean, you can't really both be equally stupid ... can you?

Don't think too hard you'll just confuse yourself. The question was:

Show me one, just one and one only Royal Canadian Legion branch that cowtows, swoons and grovels to your (and The Dummy's) red ensign. Come on idiot, just one. How hard can that be?

You can't can you? Don't feel too bad, I already know you're a dummy.
