1992 ridiculous state of mind re air care

Just about everything with  and in that picture is wrong. It only revealed a lingering, antiquated phantasy.

Well, those days are gone ...maybe ...

Heinzy,

It seems like an obvious government cash grab under the guise of protecting the environment. I believe Ontario has had emissions testing on cars for quite a few years now.
As much government as is necessary, as little government as is possible.

It's actually  compliance with them.
Today's fourth and fifth generation automotive engine management systems actually exeed arbitrarily set government emission ceilings ; if there is a component fault, or too high emission ,the 'check-engine light' comes on and the vehicle will be serviced sooner or later anyway. Case closed.

But not in Bring Cash

Heinzy,

Yes , it has become that due to it's  own technical redundancy vs todays sophisticated vehicle technology .

I was actually raving against the photograph on the frontpage of the 1992 AirCare pamphlet: a high  level of insulting patronization.

Yes, it was definitely all that Heinzy.
