[China Rising]

China make good progress with environmental. Scotalnd Yard hate Chinese so he tell the lie about Chinas` environment. Western countries all sign treaty and then not follow rules. Western countries started global warming and expect China to pay for all of it.

If China sign agreement in South Africa they will obey the rules unlike the western ones. China also help the poor countries make adjustment. China a leader in environmental technology and share this with the other countries. Global warming will reduce if China take action because the west only lie about emssion reducing.
