You certainly are sure that you know better than the qualified Irish doctors

What we, with absolut certainty do know, is , that there never had been an occasion where a living being suddenly was set ablaze ,because that would defy the laws of physics.  This alleged phenomen does not even happen under ideal conditions,  i.e.  the burning of a corpse in a crematorium furnace. 

What we know nothing about, is anything about that 'coroner'.

The exact opposite - the alleged 'impossibility of any fast human burning'  - has it's own corps of kooks: holocaust deniers.
